Owner/CEO – Krystal Polychronis
Krystal Polychronis is a Nashville-based music industry executive, No. 1 hit songwriter, author and former Junior Olympic national gymnast and elite gymnastics coach. She has built a distinctive career at the intersection of artistry, faith, and mentorship. As the Founder and CEO of 3 Strands Management, Krystal leads with the guiding principle of Ecclesiastes 4:12—“a cord of three strands is not quickly broken”—and a mission of Ministry-Minded Management, helping artists use their gifts to inspire and minister through music.
Her journey began with a lifelong passion for both gymnastics and music. After achieving national recognition as a Junior Olympic gymnast, Krystal transitioned into coaching elite athletes before pursuing her calling in songwriting and worship. She recorded in Boston, contributed music for non-profit organizations and international pop artists, and later moved to Nashville, where she placed second in the “Nashville Rising Song” contest and began honing her craft under the mentorship of an established publisher. Soon after, Krystal landed on Nashville Songwriters’ Association International’s (NSAI) “Writers to Watch” list.
A defining moment in her career came the night she met a young artist performing in a local bar. Seeing potential in both his voice and his message, she began managing him—helping shape his sound, build his team, and secure a record deal with Sony Provident. That artist was Ben Fuller, whose debut single “Who I Am”—co-written by Krystal—became a No. 1 Billboard hit and earned nominations for both a Dove Award (“Breakout Single of the Year”) and a K-LOVE Award.
In addition to her work in artist management, Krystal co-founded the nonprofit Jesus in a Bar, Nashville’s first faith-based songwriter round. The movement brings the hope of Christ to unconventional spaces—including bars, prisons, and nursing homes—through music, testimony, and community.
Krystal is also the author of Hero to Zero, a forthcoming book that explores identity, surrender, and purpose through her own story of faith and perseverance. The book expands on the same themes that define her creative and spiritual mission.
Why 3 Strands Management?
Welcome to 3 Strands Management, a faith-based artist management company. Our business model is built around the belief that God should be at the center of the management relationship for a long and effective career. We believe that there should be 3 parties involved in a management relationship; the Artist, God, and Manager. With God at the center of it all, 3 Strands provides support to artists who have chosen to follow the calling God has placed on their lives. We help artists create a plan based on purpose-driven ministry and make decisions through thoughtful prayer that align with God’s plan for the artist’s life, choosing opportunities that make the most sense for their career.
Ministry Minded Management
“What is your story? Who needs to hear it? What is your purpose? What message are you trying to convey to the world? Where would your story and message be broadcast? How can we get there?” These are all important questions that lay the foundation of our mission. In the Christian music industry, music is considered a ministry first and foremost. We believe in the power of music and that God uses it to change lives. Our artists are committed to being vessels of God’s love and hope through their music. Our ultimate goal is to reach as many people as possible with the message of Jesus Christ. We sing with the hope of giving just one person a nudge toward wanting to know more about our awesome God.
The Movement
“We sense a movement in the air – we love Christian radio, and we believe that God is using that in a very mighty and powerful way, so of course, we want to also provide songs for that platform however, the question is, how do we reach those who don’t listen to Christian radio and how can we get songs about God and Jesus to them? At 3 Strands Management, our artists have a common goal: to reach the unreachable. They’re not afraid to write songs about hard situations and real-life stories that can sometimes be messy. They travel to recovery centers during their tours, speak to teens, and share their testimonies in prisons. This is their ministry. Our artists have committed to telling their stories through their music and messages. We believe that there’s a gap that needs to be filled, and God has called each of them to be the bridge.”
We are here, ready to witness how God will use these artists to continue the ministry.
